Teletrac Goes Paperless
Leading GPS Devise and Systems Provider Advances their
SmartCatalog Deployment to Eliminate Paper and Advance
Automation.

TX –September 15, 2010 – Endeavor Commerce, Inc., makers of
SmartCatalog™, a leading Sales Configuration solution, today
announced that Teletrac has gone paperless with their quotes
and orders. The
GPS solutions and subscriber agreement contracts are highly
configurable and Teletrac uses SmartCatalog to make the
complex simple.
Last month, Teletrac advanced their automation by
integrating SmartCatalog with DocuSign, the leading digital
signature and document workflow provider.

Teletrac"s sales force accesses the SmartCatalog
portal from their PC and the application guides them
through the configuration and pricing of each GPS tracking
device and system.
SmartCatalog then configures a Subscriber Agreement
that contains the quote, terms and conditions and it is
passed through DocuSign for electronic delivery to the
client. The
client executes the contract digitally, and the
agreement is then routed to the Teletrac Order Entry team.
With SmartCatalog processing the order and DocuSign
managing the electronic distribution of the contract,
Teletrac now has a paperless quote and order system.
